Brenna is gifted as a consummate performer with a warm angelic sultry sound, who has captivated and seduced audiences throughout the world. Singer, wife, teacher, and savvy business person, are just a few words to describe her multi faceted seasoned personality. However, it is her angelic sultry sound that makes one really take notice. Be it Jazz, Gospel, Christian, Country, Classic R&B, a Broadway tune or a timeless Standard, you name it, she has been asked to sing it at one time or another. With every challenge her personal motto has always been, “Do it with Style, Elegance, and Showmanship". She can do it all and make it look easy.
Her personal repertoire consist of familiar, and obscure jazz standards, Latin love songs, whimsical swing tunes, and classic R&B love ballads, all that mirror her life experiences.
She toured with the world renowned United States Air Force “Tops in Blue” Entertainment Showcase for two consecutive years. She was hand selected to perform live before the late Bob Hope and his wife Delores on the ‘Tribute Show” in honor of his achievements in the late 80’s.
Brenna has shared the stage with great performers such as The Commodores, The Platters, Chuck Berry, Sergio Mendez and Brazil 2000, Tanya Tucker, Mel Tillis, Little Richard, Mary Wilson, La Mafia, War, and Tennille from the famed duo Captain and Tennille, just to name a few. Her exceptional sound has allowed her to grace the stages of several United States Air Force 4th of July Extravaganzas, and the San Antonio’s Jazz Alive events.
Her most recent performance was at the 5th Annual San Antonio Summer Art and Jazz Festival, as the “Head-Liner” on June 2, 2007. |
